You must love sour cream to enjoy this dish !! If you do, it is a terrific side dish for pork, chicken or beef.
  • 8 (ounce) package of small egg noodles
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook the noodles according to instructions on package, drain. Stir the margarine into the hot noodles.
  2. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine sour cream, ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. Stir the sour cream mixture into the hot noodles.
  4. Arrange on a warm platter or serving dish. Sprinkle with the remainder of Parmesan cheese and the snipped chives.
