I’ve used this recipe for a very long time. I think it is the best !!
Ingredients
- 3 large avocados
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno, chopped, using fresh or canned or to taste
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoons, olive oil or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mash avocados. Add the jalapeno, onion, olive oil, vinegar and salt, mixing well.
- If the avocado is a bit dry, add a little more oil and vinegar.
- Taste as you go.
- You might also chop a tomato, letting juices drain off, add to the avocado and mix lightly.
- Serving: Serve in lettuce leaf or a colorful bowl along with a bowl of corn chips or tortilla chips.
